I was selling car's , boats, RVs , quads. It was getting bigger and better with more profit. so i wanted to buy a business and quit my job . If you have thought about this consider purchasing an existing business it is easier and the hard work has been done , and there is a client base also . So what I did was buy into a business , an apartment complex . The owner was asking $50,000 for 25%, seller financing available . I reacted quickly paying $10,000 and financing the rest. this is sometimes a good opportunity , doing a partnership .
Whatever you do even if you have little to know money , start with learning and do a lot of research like reading stuff like my long drawn out story can go a long way. You may not have the money now , but soon . You do however have a little time to learn, just pick the best bits and pieces of advice and make a custom plan for you . If you want to start or buy a business do the dirty work, like learn the laws and tax info etc. even before you have all the money to purchase , this will help you, and make you feel more comfortable.
research the small stuff also, like when buying a car or? make sure you know all about it worth? options? current local market value is different than say blue book value , for example if I want to sell a John Deere tractor it may be worth $30,000 in some book somewhere but in the middle of L.A. its worth less because there is less of a market for it.

These are only 2 ideas but if you do a bunch of little things they add up so quickly , if I can only make $30 profit off of an idea, but have 10 or 20 things per month making $30 profit , that's my electric bill and a few meals paid for.
Get creative, I was driving down the street and saw an old big non running van for sale for $100.00 (it was hideous) and on blocks , I paid the man and I called the local junk yard and they paid me $250 and picked it up from the man's house , I made $150 bucks in about 30 minutes .
I spoke before about playing the odds , like lottery , you will not win it is a waste of money , the odds are you are not going to be handed a lump sum of serious cash , so don't waste time . Start getting in the mind set of making money , talk with family ,friends. and the ideas will flow .
Earlier I said do research , well the library has a lot of books , like the ones you see on TV infomercials, like the grants book , or books they sell at Barns and Noble can sometimes be found at the library.
